Shipping and Returns: All US orders ship out via USPS within 48 hours for a low, flat rate of $6. Please allow 2-5 days to receive your order, and longer during holiday seasons. You can request to receive a tracking number via email. Once your package has been reported as delivered to your home it is no longer our responsibility, and we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages at this point. If your package is lost during transit, an insurance claim can be filed 15 days after the day of shipment. Once that time period has passed, we will file a claim and ship out a new package.

You must contact us prior to returning your items. Returns must be received to us within 7 calendar days of the day you received your items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
